BBEF win Certificate of "State CIMS Demonstration Plant of 863 Project" issued by Ministry of Science and Technology

March 2, 2001----During the 15th  anniversary of The State 863 Plan, on March 2, 2001, the State 863/CIMS Office convenced a "863/CIMS Subject Summing-up and Commending Meeting" in Beijing. Leaders from Ministry of Science and Technolory and Ministry of Infomation Industry attended the meeting. On this meeting, MST issued Certificates to "State CIMS Demonstration  Plant of 863 Project". BBEF is one of these plant.
