5 sub-companies of BBEF Group hold inaugural meeting

Jan.  8, 2001----Today, 5 sub-companies of BBEF Group,  including Beijing BBEF Boxun Cabinet Co Ltd, Beijing BBEF Xingchen Parts Co Ltd, Beijing Jielida Electrical Appliance Co Ltd, Beijing Fuguang Die Co Ltd and Beijing BBEF Hengtong Eletroplating Co Ltd hold inaugural meeting. At the meeting, Mr. He Jun-kuan, Vice President of BBEF Group, declared Directors, Supervisors and Managers of these Companies. Board Chairman of every company issued Stockholder Card to all shareholders. Mr. Han Guang, President of BBEF Group, gave a speech at the meeting. He hope all the 5 companies will bring all shareholders rich return.

The 5 companies are original workshop of BBEF. On the mechanism reform, employees invest and become shareholers of seperated compamy.  By the end of 2000, all the 5 companies are orgenized and registered according to the Company Law.
