BBEF's 2kW Solid State Digital TV Transmitter Passed Test And Appraisal of Beijing Municipal Commission For Science & Technology  

December 24, 2001---- Today, 2kW solid-state digital TV transmitter TVU-D322 developed by BBEF passed appraisal presided over by Beijing Municipal Commission for Science & Technology.

The meeting was held in BBEF. Mr. Xu Kang-Xing, Vice Chief Engineer of Peony Electronics Group, acted as the Chairman of the Appraisal Committee. The Committee includes 8 famous experts from The Central Radio & TV Transmitting Tower, Academy of Broadcasting Science, Zhejiang University, Beijing TV Station, No 3 Research Institute of Ministry of Information Industry, and No 54 Research Institute of Ministry of Information Industry etc.

At the meeting, members of the Appraisal Committee checked all data of the transmitter including Technology Report by BBEF, Test Report by Beijing Quality Supervising and Test Center for Electronics Products, and Searching Report by Literature And Information Center of The Chinese Academy of Science. Then all participants observed the transmitter. After detailed discussion, the Committee passed Appraisal.
